We have a One-of-a-Kind home in the Bermuda Bay section of Oceanside Village which is now available for private weekly rentals and monthly "Snow Bird" rentals! Our beautiful beach home has been recently remodeled & decorated and now offers a true "beachy" flavor that will please just about every taste.
Featuring 5 Bedrooms 4 1/2 Baths, our 3 Story Home in Bermuda Bay is all about the ULTIMATE BEACH VACATION. We can accommodate up to 18 guests (16 in real beds) and best of all -- we have a ONE-OF-A-KIND offering that no other Bermuda Bay guests will ever have -- an oversized Private Inground Pool with an attached Hottub.
The lower level comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, 2 bedrooms and a bath along with laundry facilities. The Upper Level boasts the main kitchen & living area along with 3 additional bedrooms and 3 1/2 more baths. It just doesn't get any better than this........
Except that our home also features the largest yard in the neighborhood which can be the perfect setting for even more family fun in the sun! Planning a special occasion like a back yard wedding or graduation party? Let our Bermuda Bay home be the backdrop for your special event.
You will also find a private Gaming Area for the entire family to enjoy on those relaxed evenings at your home-away-from-home. Flashback to the 80's and challenge your teen to a game of "Ms. Pac Man". There is also a Large Screen TV, Foosball, Air Hockey, pool table & Ping Pong included so everyone can share in the "sometimes forgotten" fun of yesteryear!
Don't forget all of the Communities Amenities like Private Beach Access and Indoor & Outdoor Pools. Oceanside also offers Community Recreation Facilities like a Baseball Backstop and a Basketball Court, Lighted Tennis Courts for evening play, Sand Volleyball and an Enclosed Playground for the younger crowd. There is even Horseshoe and Bocce courts.
There is a Beach Shuttle Service available (in season) or you can drive your golf cart to our on-site "OCEANFRONT RESTAURANT"; The Conch Cafe. The Tupelo Bay Golf Center is located just across the street featuring Jamaica Themed Mini-Golf, a Par 3 Pitch N Putt Course along with an Award Winning Driving Range. The 18 Hole Executive Course even has a lighted back 9 for evening play. Oceanside Village also has an on-site Activities Director who schedules several planned activities each week throughout the year.
