Beach House Rentals
Check-in time is 3-6 pm Saturday. After hour check-in times must be arranged in advance.
Check-out time is 11:00 am SHARP on the Saturday of your departure. We kindly ask that you perform all departure requirements prior to your check-out time (see “Guests are Responsible” below).
A Reservation Deposit of $800.00 ($500 Security and $300 toward the rental) will confirm your reservation. A confirmation card will be sent to you upon processing. The balance must be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Methods of payment include: certified check, money order or Visa/Mastercard.
A Security Deposit of $500.00 is required for all rentals (at time of reservation). An additional amount may be required for larger groups. The Security Deposit will be refunded within 15 days after check-out. This deposit will only be used to cover the costs of destruction or damage to the property incurred during your stay.
Guests are Responsible for the following items: clean dishes put away, trash removed, personal belongings removed, make beds with spreads and pillows/shams. Failure to leave the house in the same condition it was found will result in full or partial forfeiture of the security deposit. Keys and Key Cards should be placed on the kitchen counter upon Departure – the security deposit will be refunded only after all keys have been returned.
We rent strictly to Families and Adults over 25 years of age. Violators will be denied occupancy and forfeit all deposits/monies paid.
Our Home is Fully Equipped with the basic household/kitchen items you will need during your stay. Rates DO NOT include linens and paper products. Linens are available for rental at a rate of $75 per week. Soap, dish towels, and cleaning supplies are not provided. (A broom, mop, vacuum, and spray carpet cleaner will be supplied for use if necessary).
Basic Extended Cable and Local Phone service are provided. Long distance phone calls require a calling card with an 800-access number. Most local and long distance carriers will provide you with a “free” calling card. You may also make toll-free (800 or 888) calls.
We thank you kindly for NOT SMOKING inside our home. Smoking is permitted on the deck and patio areas only (with proper disposal, of course). Please do NOT throw cigarette butts in the lakes or adjacent properties.
Cancellation of your reservation will be accepted 21 days prior to your arrival date. All deposits will be returned to you minus a $50.00 administration fee. If a cancellation is received less than 21 days prior to the arrival date, you will forfeit all deposits paid to date unless the house is re-rented for that week.

Pitchers, etc. If you are in need of a certain item, please let me know in advance and every effort will be made to accommodate you. A portable crib and high chair will be made available upon request. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN LINENS AND PAPER PRODUCTS. Prior to vacating the property, we kindly ask that you replace all bedspreads and pillows/shams on the beds and that you return clean kitchen items to their appropriate cabinets. In addition, the house should be left in the same condition in which it was found. Failure to perform any of the above may result in forfeiture of any/all deposits.
The Security/Damage deposit will be returned within 15 days following check out assuming that damage and/or destruction of property have not occurred. There will be a $25.00 charge for lost key cards and golf cart keys (note: All house keys and key cards MUST be returned before the security deposit will be refunded).
