How It Works:

When you join there is a one time $20 enrollment fee. In addition, you pay a prorated amount for the days left in the month. A debit from your account (checking, savings, Mastercard or Visa) will be made once a month to pay for the next month's tanning. YOU MAY CANCEL AT ANYTIME AFTER ONE DEBIT has been taken with a simple written request.

Restrictions:

The $19.95 pricing is a ONE-TIME offer! If you cancel and decide to return, your monthly membership fee will be $29.95 plus a $20 re-enrollment fee. Also, we may have a waiting list if we have reached capacity.
